Shipping & Returns

We currently ship primarily to the United States. Support for additional international destinations may be added in the future.

• Orders are prepared and dispatched within 5 business days after payment confirmation.
• Subscription boxes ship monthly, aligned with your billing cycle.

• All packages are shipped from Tokyo, Japan.
• Standard international airmail or ePacket is used for most shipments.
• Estimated delivery time to the United States: 7–14 business days.
• Delivery times may vary depending on destination, public holidays, or customs clearance.

Shipping costs are included in your subscription price. You will not be charged additional shipping fees at checkout.

Tracking numbers are provided for all shipments and will be sent to your registered email address once your order has been dispatched. Please note that tracking information may take 2–3 business days to update after dispatch.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by their destination country. Manga Treasures is not responsible for delays, additional charges, or package refusal resulting from customs procedures.

If you refuse to pay applicable customs fees, your package may be returned to us or destroyed by customs authorities. No refund will be issued in such cases.

In the rare event that your package is lost in transit, please contact us at [email protected]. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement shipment when possible.

If your shipment arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of the delivery date. Please include photographs of any damage. We will arrange a replacement or issue a credit at our discretion, at no additional cost to you.

Due to the curated and international nature of our subscription service, we do not accept returns of manga volumes for customer convenience once a shipment has been dispatched.
