Manga Treasures provides a curated subscription service delivering Japanese manga volumes directly from Japan. Each monthly shipment is hand-selected by our team based on your chosen plan.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our service, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By placing an order, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

Certain features of our service may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access.

All prices are displayed in USD. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

Subscription renewals are charged automatically on your billing date unless you cancel before that date via the Customer Portal accessible from your billing email.

All orders are shipped from Tokyo, Japan. Delivery times vary by destination and are subject to carrier schedules and customs clearance. Manga Treasures is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, shipping carriers, customs authorities, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by their country. Refusal to pay such fees may result in your package being returned or destroyed; no refund will be provided in such cases.

All items are shipped under an international shipping contract. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Due to the curated and international nature of our service, returns and cancellations for customer convenience are not accepted once a shipment has been dispatched.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or credit at our discretion.

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Customer Portal accessible from your billing email. To avoid being charged for the next renewal, cancellations must be completed at least 3 days before your renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no partial refunds are provided for unused time.

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to Manga Treasures / Narrative Studio. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any content is strictly prohibited.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Resell, redistribute, or reproduce products or content without our prior written authorization.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks.
• Use automated means to access or scrape our website without our express consent.

Manga Treasures reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct we determine to be harmful to us or other users.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Manga Treasures and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption — arising from your use of or inability to use the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Manga Treasures, its owners, affiliates, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

All disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court in Japan as the court of first instance.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date and will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Manga Treasures regarding your use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
